Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During new collection launches, pre-orders, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SobaneParis is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, SobaneParis is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you require additional assistance, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

Pre-Orders

If your purchase contains a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and shipping timeline.
